PA to Brand & Communications Directors in Fantastic Agency

This exciting and well-funded not-for-profit charity organisation formed to work with companies, organisations and individuals globally to break the pattern of intergenerational poverty is seeking an intelligent, socially aware and enthusiastic PA to support their Communications Director and Brand Director.

Based in their funky central London offices, this role would suit a PA with experience working in a creative environment supporting at senior level. If you have an interest in charity and experience working within branding and communications, fantastic!

Working closely with both internal and external key stakeholders, your duties will include:

• Inbox management to include filtering, highlighting and actioning important mail
• Domestic and complex international travel including visas, flights and itineraries
• Diary management and administrative support to the two directors
• Expenses, service agreements and invoice processing
• Acting as gatekeeper: screening calls, relaying messages and responding to enquiries on behalf of the directors
• Supporting the directors with projects, bids and proposals to include research, consultation and team management
• Meeting prep to include background research
• Creating presentation decks in PowerPoint
• Organising and facilitating meetings to include arranging refreshments and taking minutes when required
• Dealing with highly confidential information and material
