PA _ Charity

Our client is a leading professional firm looking for a PA to support a Senior Partner for all charity matters.  This is a role is being in charge of very high profile events and meeting and acting as a representative.  

You will be in charge of running up to 5 projects at one time and be super organised with extensive diary planning, complex travel arrangements and itineraries’.

The ideal person for this position must have a solid background in supporting as a PA and dealing with events.  You will need to be hands on, assertive and professional.

Strong presentation skills are essential and minute taking.

The role requires you to work closely with one other PA, but you will have full control of your duties. 

Excellent organisational, communication skills and working directly with clients.

Ability to work on your own and use initiative is essential.
