Are you a proactive Property Secretary with solid experience gained within the Legal sector? Would you like to work for one of the busiest teams in this leading, nationwide firm?
My client is seeking an initiative driven, adaptable Legal Secretary to provide pivotal support to their Residential Property team, which will include preparing and amending a range of documents, digital dictation, making Land Registry and SDLT applications, as well as assisting fee earners with reports and client updates.
The Legal Secretary will also manage file opening, closure and archiving, as well as supporting with billing and other financial administration, and managing diaries on behalf of the team, to organise internal and external appointments.
To secure this fantastic opportunity, you will require previously Legal Secretarial experience, gained within property development and/or residential and commercial conveyancing.
Proficiency in the main MS Office packages, and a minimum grade C in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent) are also essential.
