Our client, a leading professional services firm with offices nationwide, is seeking an enthusiastic, committed Administrator to join one of the busiest teams in their Nottingham office.
Providing wide ranging administrative support, you will assist in offering an exceptional client service by ensuring files are maintained in line with auditing standards, preparing court bundles, preparing and maintaining a range of data and spreadsheets, as well as taking responsibility for file opening and closing, and overnight document storage.
Other duties as Administrator will include placing stationery and supplier orders, attending as a witness for client meetings, supporting with account balancing, post management, and telephone cover.
To secure this excellent career opportunity, you will possess previous office based administration experience, confidence in using IT systems and MS Office Suite, and a minimum Grade C pass in English & Mathematics.
