You are a key player in our future development plans. Your natural ability to develop relationships with both clients and colleagues alike, coupled with your commercial acumen, will ensure the expansion of our client portfolio across our Corporate Divisions. You will be fully supported and have the resources you require at your disposal.

Key Focus:

The role is primarily focused on winning new business and on-boarding mid-sized accounts in the Corporate space - Finance, IT, Legal, Business Support, HQ functions. Engaging with prospects, you will present our solutions, both by phone and face-to-face, representing our brand and professional approach.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to concluding the terms of business, with the support of our consulting team who will be with you every step of the way, sharing know-how and historical successes.

Our new colleague will be:

- Self-motivated, passionate and energetic, having worked in a similar role for a minimum of 2-3 years.

- Can demonstrate a natural passion for developing relationships with decision makers. Is a clear presenter and communicator with the ability to engage with senior contacts.

- Operates with the highest integrity. A team player, commercially minded, results-driven.

- Familiar with the corporate recruitment sector in London.
