Key Duties Include:
- Meeting & greeting candidates & clients;
- Screening calls and noting messages;
- Ensuring the smooth management of the office;
- Ordering and replenishing stationery, refreshments etc;
- Distribution of all incoming communication to the office;
- Participate in daily collation of candidate packs and references;
- Prepare and distribute management reporting.
- Supporting senior management with ad-hoc office related tasks.
Key Competencies:
- Solid experience in providing office support and co-ordinating a busy office.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with multiple personalities.
- Organised, with an eye for detail.
- Able to work in a team and individually to complete daily tasks.
- Passionate about what you do.
