Brilliant opportunity for an individual with ideally 2-3 years of Customer Service experience (inbound calls) from within an office environment. 
You will be part of a well established and ambitious supportive team and will be one of the voices of the company!

The ideal candidate will be confident using MS office (Word and Outlook mainly but also basic Excel) be honest, hard working, reliable, a team player and have top customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


•    Handling incoming calls, assisting new and potential customers with queries
•    Booking appointments for customers
•    Identifying problems
•    Raising queries with suppliers
•    Setting up customers on the system
•    Reporting (full training given)
•    Verifying invoices (full training given)


Requirements:
•    A strong Customer Service background from within an office (ideally 2-3 years but flexible)
•    Degree/A level educated (flexible on this)
•    Strong IT skills (particularly Word, Outlook and ideally Excel)
•    A diligent, reliable team player with exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
•    A career orientated individual who is keen to do well and progress. A daily contributor
•    Administrative skills as well as Customer Service - you may be getting involved with other parts of the business in the future!
