EA to High Profile Interior Designer (Part Time)

Part Time Executive PA/Private PA - High Profile Designer - Kings X.  An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA with excellent experience supporting a High Profile individual within the creative field.  Working part time 11 - 4 (Tuesday - Friday) your day will be interesting and varied.  Charming and very successful Founder of Interior design studio the role is to support him both corporately and personally.  Able to juggle many things at once and switch from buisness to personal matters in a heart beat.  Working in a lovely office/studio near Kings X with a small team of 3 you will have a background or interest in architecture and design to relate to the individual and the role and it would be a distrinct advantage.  You will have 10 years+ as an EA with some part of the role supporting a high profile or HNW individual in a private capacity.  Able to draft correspondence, emails and liaise with galleries and retailers.  Daily and very changeable diary and schedule.  Organising travel and accommodation UK and abroad and running the studio with regard to office supplies, trades and services.  A top communicator who is numerate and very accurate.  Top English skills written and spoken.  Proactive, solutions driven and resourceful.  Able to keep calm under pressure and hit deadlines without a fuss.  Excellent IT and organisational skills and a positive and friendly personality is essential.  Extremely interesting role dealing with the latest projects the studio is working with regard research of art work, furniture etc.  Hands on a helpful and happy to run the occasional errand also.  Team player and happy to go the extra mile when needed.
