This high end, modern, private clinic based in Marylebone is developing new methods of diverse and innovative and partly holistic treatments for a range of physical difficulties, and seeking a fantastic Administrator and wise mind to support the Customer Services team and accounts administration. Their modern approach has become widely recognised and highly regarded. The company ethos is bright, friendly, warm and personable.
Proof of good numerical skills with either good Maths qualifications or experience in Accounts Admin is highly desired; you will be also be supporting the Accountant on an adhoc basis.
Responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Some adhoc hosting duties, meeting, greeting and so on
- Supporting the Customer Services team with their administration and reporting
- Supporting the accounts administration – however no bookkeeping will be involved. High levels of numeracy and accuracy will be highly desirable here
- Researching new venues for events
- Reporting on targets/revenue/profit
- Brainstorming ideas for new business with the senior team
- Being the first point of contact for all patients, contacts and friends of the practice
- Representing the practice at events widely across London
This position would ideally suit candidates with a can do attitude, great intuition and an interest in developing the business. You must be commercially minded, interested in developing business and being an integral member of the team. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
