A prestigious, finance company based in stunning offices in the heart of the west end is currently looking to hire a EA to support 3 indivisuals with a large focus on roadshow coordination, client liaison and events. The London office has a very collaborative feel throughout. This is a client facing role and an integral part of the team for someone who is an expert organisor and can cana manage multiple tasks with ease and deliver a first class servie both internally and for their clients/investors.

Main responsibilities;

-Executive Assistant support busy individuals

-Complex diary management - arranging meetings, rescheduling and prioritising when needed

-Extensive, complex, multi-stop international travel arrangements/rpoadshow coordination with detailed itineraries, Visa and accommodation

-Some inbox management

-Assisting with global events/PR team

-Be the first representation of the business on occasions

Main requirements;

-A proven background as an experienced EA is essential

-A proven background booking multi-stop international travel

-Client facing skills and ambassadorial outlook.

-Proactive and happy to help mentality
