We have just started working with an innovative Real Estate Investor based in stunning offices in the heart of Mayfair.
Our client is looking for a confident and ‘can-do’ PA/Office Manager to help them get their brand-new office up and running. The newly funded company have recently moved in to their first office space and are looking for someone to come in implement systems and processes to improve efficiency. You will also be providing PA support to the senior management team, scheduling meetings and booking travel as required, as well as providing full administrative support. In addition, you will be required to undertake desk based research.
The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver and strong communicator with at least 2 years’ administrative experience in a similar capacity. You will be hands-on and resourceful, comfortable working in a start-up environment with a confident and proactive manner.
