A boutique, luxury property firm in the City is looking for a PA to support their CEO. This sociable, fun office is head up by a very busy, but lovely gentleman, looking for an organised, meticulous and warm PA to support him. This is an exciting opportunity, working in a close knit team, for a company that builds beautiful, sustainable homes. The role will include managing a busy diary and arranging meetings, marketing and liaising with photographers, updating the website, office management, organising team events and ad hoc administration. It will be a mix of both private and business support, adding more interest to the role. The position will suit someone confident, personable, with excellent attention to detail, who takes pride in their work. They are looking for an individual with 2 years administrative experience, and are open to the industry this has been within. The necessary attributes include being proactive, able to work to deadlines and prioritise, an excellent communicator, organised and confident.
