A high end busy and efficiently run homecare and hospital staffing provider are looking for an exceptionally disciplined Office Coordinator / PA. You would have to be an excellent listener and communicator with proven organisational and sound administrative skills, preferably having a background in the healthcare industry.

About the role:

  • Taking and prioritising telephone messages and effectively passing them on to the relevant persons
  • Assisting in the recruitment of nurses and carers
  • Providing back up on the management of shift rotas
  • Supporting the Head of Homecare with administrative duties
  • Providing excellent customer support to candidates and VIP clients
  • Tracking progress with candidates and clients on in house system
  • Communicating effectively any changes to a candidate or client without delay
  • Greeting all nurse candidates in a professional manner
  • Processing quickly and efficiently all relevant documents
  • PA support to the Head of Homecare
  • Maintaining a professional image of the company at all times

About you

  • IT savvy, experienced with CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Very discreet and professional
  • Great telephone manner with a sensitive approach
  • Medical Secretarial background desirable
  • Passion and enthusiasm to evolve
  • Switched on and proactive
  • Great sense of responsibility with a mature attitude
  • Good planner with great initiative
  • Paramount attention to detail and capable of working independently
