A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a City based law firm for a professional and well-presented individual to join their delightful front of house Reception team as a bilingual Italian speaking corporate receptionist.

As a corporate receptionist with fluent Italian, you will provide seamless front of house reception support; your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional manner, screening all incoming calls and emails, answering and forwarding calls timely and efficiently handling the post and arranging couriers, typing up documents, translating documents between Italian and English, managing the office stationary and office equipment, liaising with suppliers, booking taxis, preparing meeting rooms, assisting with departmental administrative support in English and Italian and keeping the reception arear tidy at all times.

The ability to speak and write English to mother tongue standard is essential as is fluency in Italian.

Suitable candidates must be English to mother tongue standard with fluent written and spoken Italian, well-presented; display professionalism at all times and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Previous corporate reception or office administration experience would be highly desirable although training will be provided.
