Mandarin Speaking Client Services Associate / Project Manager

We are currently looking for a bright and motivated Mandarin speaking Client Services Project Manager with an interest in the world of online technology to join our global tech client based in central London. You will be looking after both Chinese and UK clients and as such the hours will be 6am-2pm Monday to Friday.

You will be working with Mandarin, Cantonese and English speaking customers and providing them with administrative support in a highly technical environment. You will independently manage client projects: being the main point of contact for the client, and ensuring the best delivery of service in accordance to client specifications accurately and timely. You will provide top class post-sales services to a demanding client base: Investment Bankers, Corporate Lawyers, Corporate Board members and will be required to effectively identify and anticipate client needs;

You would be provided with full training and the role is an excellent opportunity for bright, commercially minded people with drive and ambition.

Hours for this role will be 6am-2pm Monday to Friday.

Profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Fluency in Cantonese would be a distinct advantage
• Proven experience in a client services or project management role.
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to service clients effectively: Ability to host client meetings, presentations and training sessions in a face to face as well as an on-line environment;
• Computer literate
• Ability to successfully manage a multiple client relationship(s) in a high demand business;
• A polite, confident and friendly manner
• An interest in technology is essential
• Pro-active with a positive attitude and takes responsibility for their work
