Front of House for South West London Creative Agency

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist/event planner to support our client's team in the UK. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with creative people, is organised and able to think on their feet. In addition to administration and hospitality duties, the work has a cultural element as they'd like you to take a key role in planning events for the team.

As the first point of contact for the company, they need someone who is astute and friendly, and willing to lend a helping hand when necessary. You must be presentable, but they are open and eager to meet people who have their own unique personality and style. A passion for design, art and culture is not necessary but will make you an applicant of note.

For the event planning aspects of the role, they are looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse of what is happening in the Greater London area in order to come up with a calendar of events that are interesting, inspiring and entertaining. Along with great energy and enthusiasm, you must have effective coordination skills to ensure event success. Any experience in event planning/coordination will be a definite bonus.
