OFFICE MANAGER - VICTORIA - INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT - £25K - PERMANENT

THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR TO BUILD ON YOUR ADMINISTRATION AND CLIENT SERVICING EXPERIENCE BY JOINING A DYNAMIC AND GROWING LONDON OFFICE.

As office manager you will thrive in an environment where you will wear many hats at one time and will be an integral part of the London office.

The office opened in 2015 to support the firm's UK clients and their offices based in Europe - as office manager you will be the lynch pin for the team.

Assist all areas of the business with adhoc administration tasks
Management of onsite filing system and off site archiving
Maintain telephone list information
Answer main line telephone
Liaise with the HR team to ensure new starter induction process runs smoothly
Liaise with building reception and management team
Maintain and develop current/new supplier relationships
Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
Manage meeting room diaries and bookings
Scheduling meetings


You will be able to communicate with colleagues and managers at all levels with professionalism, work to changing deadlines and priorities. Most of all a strong "can do" attitude.
