Established Financial Communications Firm is looking for an efficient Team Assistant to be the linchpin on some of their busiest client accounts.

The key responsibilities include complex logistical scheduling, timetabling, planning and implementing a programme of meetings with clients, document presentation preparation and liaising with clients. The team are looking for someone who is confident dealing with clients, who has sufficient experience to cope with this fast paced environment and who will ensure the smooth day to day running of client accounts and become the all-knowing fount of all knowledge to the team. They will be bright, switched on and raring to go. A knowledge of the financial communications industry is preferred but not essential. Up to £32k depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate teams to make sure everyone attends and actions meetings
  • Manage team diaries to ensure all meetings are attended and don't clash with other meetings
  • Design and proofread presentations/documents to ensure all documents are perfect
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients so they always know who to call when they have a question and feel looked after
  • Organise logistical arrangements around meetings and events making sure they run smoothly and promptly
  • Keeping the database up to date so all relationships are recorded in one place
  • Responsible for filing all documents so they are easy to find and use again if necessary
