PA/Office Administrator - Interiors

Working for a small and fascinating company which produces and supplies a specialist artisan product for UHNW interiors around the world. A truly bespoke product, specially designed for the most luxurious of interiors, based on traditional Venetian techniques.
You are in charge of all office admin, the first point of contact for clients, following up client enquiries, helping put pitches and estimates together and project management. A lot of business is abroad. The owner/MD deals with private houses all over the world, palaces, architects, conservationists, interior designers etc. They have their own on-site factory so one of the tasks is making sure that the artisans (about 7 of them) have what they need.
We need someone to really get on top of the admin - it will be busy! There is also an opportunity to work on press, PR, Marketing etc. This is not a smart office environment as the office is in a working showroom/studio, next to the factory, so if you like going to work in jeans then this is the job for you as you will be surrounded by paint pots and samples!
We need someone self-sufficient, confident with numbers, clients and being left to your own devices. You will need good Excel, Outlook and Word.
