PA to Owner/MD - Luxury Goods

This is a wonderful PA job for a bright, organised graduate to work for a well-known specialist in luxury goods from a super West End location.  You will be working for the Owner/Founder who has, for many years, been the go-to person for HNW individuals from around the world. He is known for his expertise in his field.

The role, as his PA, includes organising world travel, emails, organising all aspects of his life and helping with clients, suppliers, factories, workshops etc.  You need to be able to calmly manage a busy workload, be meticulous in detail as you will be in charge of running the office.  This will include dealing with orders, invoices and international payments.

We are looking for a switched on graduate, ideally with 1-2 years experience.  It would be advantageous if you have worked for a luxury brand or name but is not essential. You need good IT skills as well as great communication skills.
