Graduate Marketing Coordinator – Boutique Design Agency, Vauxhall, London SE11

A fantastic opportunity exists for an intelligent graduate 2^nd jobber with experience in marketing administration, an interest in design and Health & well being! Our client is a purpose – led design boutique which specializes in delivering incredible outcomes and experiences in the well being sector. Clients are high profile and dynamic Health organisations.

The culture is intelligent, dynamic and friendly and opportunities abound to develop and expand the role. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, your role is to support the Marketing, Lead Generation and Sales Teams administratively in the smooth and efficient delivery of their functions through providing administrative and organizational support. Specifically you will support the Proposal process, coordinating the sales team activities. You will prepare case study documents, collate company information, support the Head of Marketing in delivering marketing strategy including organizing marketing events, maintaining the website, submitting awards, distributing email marketing and manage the CRM system.

You will be a graduate 2^nd jobber with an interest in marketing and some experience of project management.  Useful would be an interest in Sales & Marketing, an understanding and appreciation of design and a curiosity as to how design can address complex health & well being challenges. You are a strong self starter with superb communication and written skills and be passionate, driven and thorough in approach.
