Personal Assistant to Director, Architecture, SW London, up to £33K + benefits, permanent position.

Our client, an elite architectural firm based in South West London, has an exciting job opportunity for a Personal Assistant to provide 1:1 support to the Senior Director, permanent position.

Your new role
You will include managing the Directors diary, inbox management, minutes taking, specifications and reports, meeting organisation and preparation, extensive travel arrangement, and administrative duties for the director, as well as ad hoc support to other members when necessary. You will be privy to confidential and high level information so discretion and tact is crucial.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have the ability to work alongside the Director as well as independently, and be a key team player who is able to work alongside a small administration team. You will have an extremely high level of organisation and be able to prioritise your own workload to ensure deadlines are met. Experience within the property/ construction/ architectural industry is key. You will also have a sound knowledge and experience in InDesign and Photoshop. You will be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and competent with accurate typing.
