Russian Speaking Officer Manager - Arts World

A newly created office management role for a start-up business with strong links to the arts worlds.

Fluency in Russian is essential as there is a PA element to the role to the founder of the business who is based in Moscow.

Description

There are currently 8 people within the business and the London team is a multi-cultural, diverse group who share a passion for both technology and art.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Co-ordinating suppliers and all practical aspects of running the office (day to day office supplies/on-line shopping orders etc)
• Providing support to the Marketing Director and COO in preparing presentations/pitches for meetings.
• Booking travel and taking care of all logistics around business trips and supporting paperwork.
• Providing support to the CEO, as required (he is based in LA).
• Providing PA/diary management support to the owner of the company as needed (he is based in Moscow but does visit the London office). Fluency in Russian is needed.
• Being a credible point of contact for potential Adopters
• Updating the website/dealing with enquires made via the website
• There is scope for the successful individual to get involved in more communications/marketing responsibilities.

• A graduate with fluency in Russian
• A credible, professional, manner
• First class written and communication skills
• An individual keen to develop and evolve within a new business
• Good academics are essential
