HR Advisory Consultant at Prestigious SW London Law Firm, to £50,000

Fast expanding law firm based in South West London is looking to recruit a Consultant to join their HR Advisory team, who are responsible for delivering HR advice and support to NHS organisations on complex ER and HR issues.  Responsibilities will include undertaking a range of discrete HR projects for clients, contributing and leading on specific areas of work and proactively contributing to the development and growth of the business.  You will also be required to travel to client locations across the UK so a flexible approach is a must.  Specific projects and assignments will include independent investigations into disciplinary or grievance procedures, reviews of pay, recruitment and workforce planning, support for diversity programmes and delivery of training programmes.  Candidates should be CIPD qualified, have previous NHS experience and an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and best HR practice.  Applicants should also have strong interpersonal skills and an excellent knowledge of a broad range of ER issues with the ability to interpret policy and advise appropriately on risk.
