Top Notch Team Secretary Wanted – West End

£14.80 per hour plus holiday pay

My client, a prestigious and well known management consultancy and engineering organisation with international presence, is seeking a Team Secretary that will be able to provide support to a team of approximately 80.  This is an ongoing temporary role.

Duties will include:

• Travel arrangements, gaining required approvals, obtaining best price tickets and hotel rooms, (booking via company systems) and Agents
• Booking of meeting rooms, refreshments, AV, Tele/Video Conferencing facilities            
• Assisting with expense claims, timesheets, and other company procedural demands
• Answering telephones in absence of Team members, taking accurate messages and assisting callers in a helpful way.
• Organise ad-hoc social, staff and client events as needed
• Cover for other Secretaries/PAs when required and practical
• Encouraging a professional and tidy office environment

Technical Skills          

• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages. 
• Good knowledge of standard office administrative procedures
• Good knowledge of specific systems and tools such as travel booking, timesheets, job filing, room booking etc

The successful candidate should be available to start by Monday 9^th January 2017 and commit on an ongoing basis.
