Professional, well presented and outgoing office administrator needed! I am currently recruiting for a lovely family run independent estate agents and property consultants with offices in central London and the ambition to open a third office next year.
My client focuses on high quality residential properties and their services cover all aspects of sales, lettings, property management, block management, investment consultancy and development consultancy.
They are looking for an administrator to support the sales and lettings teams and ensure that the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis. The office culture is extremely laid back and friendly with an impressive low turnover of staff. Great place to work!
Their lettings administration is outsourced to a third party so you will be mainly responsible for looking after the sales team and general office support when needed.
I am looking for someone with industry experience – this is essential as this role is initially on a contract basis for three months. If you have proven your self within the three months you will be considered for a permanent position. Starty date is 12th December.
Working hours are 9 – 6 Monday to Friday.
