EA to Chairman

We have a fantastic position for an EA to work for an extremely successful HNWI from the Film and TV world.  This role would suit an EA who is used to working within an extremely demanding environment and for demanding people whilst remaining calm and organised.  The role will include both business duties for his various companies and personal EA duties.  In addition you, as the EA, will need to give additional support to his wife and family members as required.  This role will be based in London for the majority of the week, where his businesses are based, and 1 day a week south of London where his family are based, there will also be a need for ad hoc travel with him and his family.  Day to day tasks will include; booking extremely complex travel arrangements including last minute visas, keeping track of his every move and making sure he attends meetings on time, managing his inbox and anticipating future appointments and needs, being a gatekeeper for him and organising both his business and home office.  The ideal candidate will have a degree and will have either exposure to the Film and TV world or will have come from a Marketing background.  This role will be all-encompassing and he is looking for a loyal and dedicated PA for whom no job is too big or too small; you will need to demonstrate that you are able to commit fully to the role and be excited about the projects he is working on.  This is an amazing opportunity for an EA who would like to fully immerse themselves into this EA position both in terms of the Business duties and family duties.
