The role is for a born organizer looking for a real challenge in terms of pace and demand. You will have the opportunity to support and work with a variety of different executives, across all sectors, before settling down to support two executives where the fit is ideal. Think of it as 'try before you buy' with plenty of exposure and opportunity to learn!
Working as part of a highly-regarded team, you will be provided with training, development and plenty of support. You will be bright, well educated, dynamic and a very quick learner as the role requires extensive diary management, a quick response to a large volume of emails and a strong eye for detail. You will likely already have some experience of client relationships, whether from the corporate or hospitality worlds and will be at ease conversing at all levels.
The role also affords the opportunity to get involved in client relationship management through conferences and events both in-house as well as externally alongside other office initiatives, typically hallmarked with a distinct element of fun! There is a heavy focus on global, multi-stop travel so your attention to detail, flexibility and perseverance in getting it just right is key.
