Our client - a friendly family-run business, is looking for an administrator to join their team. The role will involve a variety of different tasks

  • Answering phones
  • Organising the office diary
  • Managing their website and supporting the marketing strategy
  • Dealing with sales and following up on customer enquiries
  • Managing petty cash and invoices and dealing with general office administration. 

This is a very hands-on role, where you will be a vital part of the team. You must have an excellent phone manner and good IT skills especially Excel.  This a lovely role, working with friendly people and where you will learn excellent skills
