A boutique finance firm based in the City are looking for an experienced EA / office manager to support their team as well as manage the office during an incredibly busy period.
In this multi-faceted role, you will be using your outstanding organisational skills and fine eye for detail in supporting at C-Suite level – managing their diaries, booking complex global travel and all other administrative duties for them. As the sole support person in the office there is therefore the need to be highly efficient, organised and content to work autonomously.
The other aspect of the role is office management – liaising with suppliers, placing orders and being responsible for invoices, so the ability to multi-task and juggle your workload is essential, as is the willingness to deal with even the more tedious of tasks.
This role would suit a candidate who wants to ‘carve out’ a career for themselves, someone who is a stickler for detail and someone that is genuinely passionate about their work. A level of flexibility will be needed around the hours, although the core hours are 9-5.30 the team often get in early or stay late dependant on work levels.
This is a challenging but exciting role for a capable candidate who is looking for a role that they can make their own.
The role will likely last for 3 months temporary before converting to a permanent contract.
