- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Setting up meetings
- Minute taking
- Sorting & distributing incoming post, and organising and sending outgoing post
- Ordering and maintaining stationary equipment
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Photocopying and printing various documents
- Serving as the point person for running errands
- Providing general support to the team
- Organising and maintaining diaries, and making appointments
- Screening phone calls, enquiries & requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Other general Adhoc support
Monday - Friday
8.30am - 5.30pm
