Client Services Coordinator at UK Law Firm – to £25,000
A boutique UK Law Firm is looking to a hire a new Client Services Coordinator to join the London office on a permanent basis. This role will be coordinating and managing the boardroom and client devices, providing an exceptional service to both client and fee-earners of the firm. Duties will include preparing all of the board rooms for the day ahead, unlocking meeting rooms, setting them up with the relevant equipment, preparing the fresh refreshments for all meetings, liaising with clients and lawyers during long meeting to ensure all requirements are met, ordering and preparing lunch meetings, clear and cleaning rooms at completion of meetings, ensuring the kitchens are stocked up with refreshments, making sure stationery is stocked up in the meeting rooms, reporting any maintenance issues to facilities. Other responsibilities include updating reception supplies costs on an Excel spreadsheet, log boardroom usage and costs, liaise directly with the suppliers along with covering the Reception desk during holiday and absence and assisting with marketing events. Candidates must have 12 months boardroom experience within a professional services environment, must have excellent communication and customer services skills. Standard hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm.
