Temporary Receptionist / Administrator / PA
We are currently recruiting for a number of temporary positions from one to thirteen weeks with immediate (within one week) start, in North and North West London.
All our temporary workers need to be familiar with:
- Dealing with administrative and secretarial tasks
- Understanding the company’s aims and objectives
- Devising and maintaining office systems – data management and filling
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Strong writing, spelling, punctuation and grammar skills
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information
- Excellent computer skills
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Always on time and within an easy commute to the temporary assignment (North or North West London)
- Solid experience working in a front of house / administrative / secretarial environment. Including; EA or PA, Office Management, Secretary and Administration.
As the role is temporary, willing to 'pitch in' when required in the client's office.
