Our client, a highly successful and fast expanding International media company is currently looking for a motivated and organised Project Administrator/Customer Coordinator with fluent Italian and English to join their busy coordination dept. The position is one that will only be suited to those with a very high level of English and Italian, both written and spoken with previous experience in administration, coordination and customer contact roles.

The Italian and English speaking Administrator will have excellent communication and administration skills. The role is very process and administratively driven working on multiple projects at any given time, so you would need to have high attention to detail and have be comfortable dealing with wide range of customers as well via email and phone. This is a dynamic broad ranging role where you will also deal suppliers, clients, partners responding to a wide range queries and preparing information and communications.

Profile

  • Fluency in English and Italian to a high level, both written and spoken
  • Additional languages such as German, French and/or Spanish are a distinct plus.
  • Excellent administrative, project and organisational skills are a must
  • Superb communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent eye for detail
  • Previous experience working in administration, data entry, support, sales administration, purchasing or logistics is ideal
  • Organised, team-player, accurate, friendly
  • Great all round IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a broader team
