A leading and ambitious technology / telecommunications company are looking for a confident receptionist to join them in their team in a London, West End Location. You will contribute to the smooth running of the front of house as well as a range of office support duties. The role will report to the Office Manager and reception hours are from 8:30 - 20:00, Monday to Friday on a shift pattern.

Receptionist responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all visitors
  • Confident face-to-face, email and over the phone communication
  • Managing a busy switch board
  • Managing and coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Preparing meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for visitors
  • General ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Assisting the Office Manager and the EA to the CEO
  • Stock control for all office supplies - working with the Office Manager
  • Health and safety officer and fire warden

Requirements:

  • Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
  • Good written and oral English skills
  • Polite and professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office package
  • Flexible working hours
  • Ability to remain confidential at all times
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
