A high end Tutoring agency, who match high calibre tutors with lovely students both in London and internationally, are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Executive to join their growing team.

Based in central offices in the West End, this dynamic start up company are looking for a customer services professional who is keen to progress in their career and commit to a brilliant company and grow with a role.

As Customer Services Executive you would join two young and impressive entrepreneurs and their growing team in a dynamic working environment. This Customer Services Executive role would mean answering queries from potential students, being inquisitive about their needs and advising them in a genuine manner. You would match them with top tutors and manage the process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and being a point of contact for both the student (or parent) and the tutor. You would also meet tutors and ensure to maintain a high quality database.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone enthusiastic and ambitious who has customer services experience but would like to work in a progressive and entrepreneurial office environment working office hours. A flexible attitude is a must, as is enthusiasm in order to work alongside these two incredibly passionate business founders.
