Based close to St. Pauls station, this is a brilliant opportunity to work in a really interesting and varied role for a young company who really develop their employees.  You’ll be a keen administrator who is looking for a hands on role – and they are happy to train you.  They need a motivated Administrator to join their team!  You will need that “can-do” attitude, you’ll be the first point of contact within the company so will need to be always on form and be extremely professional.

Responsibilities

  • Managing reception and being responsible for meeting rooms
  • Ensuring records are kept up-to-date and all required documentation is submitted
  • Coordinating prompt responses to client enquiries
  • General administrative support
  • Producing reports as required by the business.
  • Liaising with management and staff regarding any queries
  • Assisting Head of Facilities with a variety of projects

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working within a customer focused environment beneficial
  • Able to work proactively, as part of a team, supporting colleagues and clients
  • Be able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational ability and thrive on providing an excellent service
  • He/she will be diligent, confidant and diplomatic
