WE ARE RECRUITING FOR A SENIOR PEROSNAL ASSISTANT FOR A RUSSIAN BILLIONAIRE TO BE BASED IN STUNNING FAMILY OFFICE IN MAYFAIR

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to support an UNHW Russian individual in his stunning private office based in Mayfair, working Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with flexibility to work outside the usual office hours as required. You will be supporting and working closely working closely with the current senior PA, along with supporting the principal himself, assisting with office management for the London private office and working closely with the Luxembourg and Moscow private offices. Ideally you will have come from a family office background and have experience of working within a fast paced and demanding environment, whilst approaching your role in a discrete and organised manner. You will also possess cultural, economic and political awareness and sensitivity.

The main duties of the role include (but are not limited to):
• Organising all public relations and communications
• Diary management
• Accompanying the principal to meetings, events and to the airport
• All travel arrangements, including booking all flights, hotels, visas, passports
• Booking all private outings (restaurants, theatres, concerts etc.)
• Handling all personal matters (shopping, arranging all deliveries and event organisation)
• Event management, which will include organisation a host of events including children’s parties, small private dinners as well as larger functions and events – you will be responsible for organising guest lists, caterers and decorations etc.
• Researching and arranging appointments (doctors, teachers, personal trainers etc.)
• Liaising with the other offices in Moscow and Luxemburg

Skills and attributes:
• University educated (honours degree or postgraduate degree desirable)
• Experience within a similar role in a similar position for high profile executives in a private family office
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Effective verbal, listening and communication skills
• Discreet and loyal with the ability to multi task and with strong organisation skills
• Flexible working hours
• Willing to travel
