A leading real estate investment company is looking for an EA to the Director with additional Office Management support. This is a 12 month maternity contract and that is likely to be extended.
EA Duties:
- Assisting with both private and business aspects
- Diary management
- Audio and copy typing
- Booking travel
Office Management:
- Managing the Receptionist and the Investment PA
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Overseeing the maintenance of all office equipment e.g. phones and printers
- Keeping records up-to-date
- Organising all office events
- Taking minutes for the quarterly board meetings
- Maintaining all holiday and sickness records
A fantastic role for a well-presented and personable candidate who will really get stuck-in. You must have previous PA / Office Management experience and be highly organised with excellent communication skills. A brilliant opportunity to join a fun and sociable team.
