Our client is a savings bank based in the heart of the City.  


 


THE ROLE:


 

Help the Bank’s Savings business achieve its goal by dealing with customers’ in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

 

Act as a contact for incoming telephone queries, providing professional and courteous support to customers.

 

Resolve customers’ queries in a timely and professional manner, providing written responses where appropriate.

 

Provide administrative support to the Savings team.

 

KEY RESULT AREAS or ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities:

 
  • Fielding and resolving telephone, written and online queries from customers
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • Support less senior members of the Customer Services team, helping them to improve their customer service skills
  • Opening accounts and processing instructions for customers
  • Processing payments received from customers
  • Making payments to customers
