The Head of Facilities role is a key role within the operation and our client is looking for an individual with a proven track record, who is creative in their approach and outlook and who is also incredibly organised and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Responsible for building and maintaining the ever changing office space, duties will be extremely varied, but will include;

  • Building relationships with stake holders
  • Business planning
  • Leading and developing a small team
  • Managing the daily operations of the current office space
  • Project management of the new office space, including liaising with contractors and architects
  • Responsible for forecasting and budgeting
  • Sourcing and selecting outsourced providers
  • Leading all facilities projects
  • Developing environmental policies

The ideal candidate for this role will be educated to a minimum of degree level and should have relevant practical Facilities and Real Estate Management experience gained within a growing and dynamic working environment.

Extensive experience of managing complex budgets is essential, as are advanced strategic and operational skills and the ability to think creatively and show a strong desire to learn, improve and continuously strive for excellence!
