Interim Customer Services Manager

London, West End

£65,000

My client is a well known Property company who are based in the West End. They are looking for an Interim Customer Services Manager to assist with the implementation of a customer focused approach across the retail portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Set the customer services strategy.
  • Oversee and enable the delivery of the customer service strategy.
  • Apply for and monitor budgets.
  • Analyse data to identify areas of strength and weakness in customer service performance.
  • Delivery of Investors In People accreditation at centre level and portfolio level.
  • Responsible for identifying customer service best practice and piloting projects within the portfolio.
  • To oversee the delivery of customer experience strategy and innovation at site level.
  • Responsible for measuring success of pilots and making recommendations for wider implementation.
  • Receiving and approving recommendations on customer service strategy.
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers, as required, to deliver best in class customer experience.
  • Set, monitor and review on site standards to ensure these are consistent with agree strategy.
  • Monitor and review peers and implement relevant learnings.
  • Apply for industry awards and support the submissions for centre specific awards.

The ideal candidate will have/will be:

  • Previous experience at a suitable level of customer services within either of the following industries: retail, hospitality or property.
  • Must be able to self-manage and prioritise workload and deadlines.
  • Flexibility - must be able to manage a variety of responsibilities and people.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with property and non-property professionals.
  • Strong personal presence, impact and influencing skills.
  • Ability to produce well thought through, clearly laid out and expressed schedules and papers.
  • Hardworking with a strong ambition to expand mind and responsibilities.
  • A good and dedicated team player.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a good understanding of the property sector.
