A Wholesale/Routing Manager role has arose working for a dynamic and forward thinking Global IT Outsourcing Company in the City.

Working for a global giant, they are seeking someone with sound IT/Telecoms knowledge with relevant experience to the role.

A busy support role working within the Wholesale Division, responsibilities to include:

  • Daily routing and pricing management
  • Manage weekly broadcast
  • Provide feedback to team regarding ricing or routing issues
  • Maximise sales
  • Respond to quality issues and take action where necessary
  • Support sales team with customer liaison and negotiation
  • Reporting
  • Ad-hoc duties where required

Skills required:

  • Good knowledge of all MS Office
  • Knowledge of Voice Wholesale Business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Willingness to get involved and assist in all wholesales issues including back office
