Apart from being on top of all diary, travel and meeting arrangements, you will be the point of contact on behalf of the CEO, handling all types of calls and emails and dealing with an array of visitors. Plans will often change and you will be expected to manage conflicting priorities and last minute demands with relative ease. Communication and social interaction is key, so it is imperative that your ability to engage with all types of people is one of your strengths.

To be successful in this EA to CEO role, you will have:

*Senior PA / Executive Assistant experience, gained within a creative / media / digital environment
*Exemplary organisational talents
*Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database skills
