This well-established SW1 based global Private Equity Investment company is seeking an Operations / Office Manager with gravitas and strong, proven project planning and management skills to lead a team of 16 EAs / PAs, Receptionists and support staff, ensuring that they provide an efficient service. You will also manage annual performance evaluations, mentoring and developing the team, as well as assisting HR in the hiring process for Executive Assistants.
In addition to Team leadership, you will provide first class Office and Facilities Management support; implement H&S policies and procedures; plan central services and manage relationship with service providers and Landlord. At least twice a year your outstanding organisational talents will come in to their own as your get to grips with planning and organising the ever-popular Summer and Christmas parties!
