A leading telecommunications company requires an experienced Recruitment Administrator to support their busy recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

    • Supporting the recruitment process from the beginning through to offer providing a clear handover to the HR Administrator at the relevant stage;
    • Maintaining the ATS (CareerBuilder). This includes creating new vacancies and posting jobs, building and producing reports, ensuring the toolbox is updated with new information etc.;
    • First point of contact for queries relating to CareerBuilder (CB), raising online improvement tickets and keeping regular contact with the account management team at CB;
    • Supporting the Recruitment BPs in the use of direct sourcing efforts via social media such as LinkedIn and other job boards;
    • Supporting UK and regional recruiters with queries related to CB, as well as running refresher training sessions on the system;
    • Managing job postings on the Intranet, this includes posting and expiring job adverts;
    • Managing company LinkedIn account and ensuring job slots are being used efficiently;
    • Managing the internship recruitment for UK based interns, this includes liaising with hiring managers, creating and posting adverts, actively searching for candidates, conducting telephone and face to face interviews;
    • Administering the Recruitment Inbox;
    • Ensuring PO's are being generated in an efficient and timely manner to ensure recruitment vendor gets paid on time;
    • Facilitating assessment centres for the recruitment of Customer Service staff;

Skills and Experience

    • Experience using social media tools in recruitment such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.;
    • Experience of direct sourcing using Boolean search skills;
    • Degree level education or equivalent;
    • High level of attention to detail;
    • Previous recruitment experience ideally gained within in-house teams or alternatively an RPO;
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word;
    • Experience working in a high pressure, high volume recruitment team.
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills;
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and fluent in English
