PA Project Coodinator

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a bright, well-presented and personable PA / Project Coordinator to join a high end Executive Search firm based in an idyllic location in the West-End in a PA and Project Co-ordination role.

This is an exciting role acting as right hand to a Consultant in a role that combines traditional PA duties with extra projects, liaising with high level clients in the academic world, arranging and attending events, setting up interviews and contributing to business development! You will be a highly organised and bright candidate with prior administrative experience in order that you can assist with organising the consultant's time, responsible for diary management, co-ordinating lunches and meeting and liaising with clients on the consultant's behalf. You will be extremely well-presented and confident as you will be assisting with business development projects and be liaising with clients and acting as a true right-hand to the Consultant. You will have immaculate attention to detail and a naturally methodical approach to work load as you will be responsible for all administrative support for the Consultant.

The following skills and experience are required:

*Be a Graduate with top grades or be of excellent Graduate Calibre
*Well-spoken and articulate, confident at communicating on all levels.
*Prior administrative support experience of at least 1-2 years.
*Excellent MS Office Suite Skills.
*Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and a muck-in, team player attitude.
*Prior experience working within an academic institution would be highly advantageous.
