EA to Partner and OM

We have a fantastic opportunity to work as an EA and Office Manager for a boutique but thriving private equity firm, based in their amazing refurbished offices near Green Park. This is a very busy role where the pressure is high so you must be able to work incredibly hard and maintain a calm exterior, no matter what is thrown at you although there are calmer times too so it's a great balance. You will be supporting two Partners (one a lot more than the other) as well as taking on Office Management responsibilities.
 
The people here are incredible bright, and striving to be the best, but also incredibly nice with it!   The role is very organisational with extensive international travel arrangements, complex diary management, document production, and all the office management. For those keen to go the extra mile, you can also help with a lot of event and conference arrangements and so on.
 
To be successful in this role you should have a good level of self-confidence and be able to push back when needed. You must be a positive go-getter that strives to do your best at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals in a similar, fast paced industry.
