Team PA in private equity

A fantastic temp to permanent opportunity has come up for a Team PA, supporting a combination of Directors and Associates at a leading private equity firm, based in Marylebone. Everyone in the company works extremely hard and to a very high standard but their culture is fun and social and they reward their staff for their commitment.

You will have proven PA experience, ideally in a financial setting and be extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail.  The role will involve a lot of diary management, which includes extensive meeting coordination and global travel arrangements. The successful PA will need to have a great deal of discretion, fantastic communication skills and demonstrate proactivity.

The company are fantastic with around 40 people in lovely offices in Mayfair.  They have a great atmosphere and the team you will be supporting are genuine and friendly.

Their core hours will be 8.30 am-6.30 pm.
