EA to Co-Founder + 3

We have just taken on a lovely, newly created role for a senior EA to support a Co-Founder and three Executives at a leading private equity house in Mayfair.

This boutique firm is well established and runs like clockwork with a strong PA network internally and a good reputation in the market. They have a collegiate atmosphere and are looking to expand globally to build on their current success.

They are looking for an experienced, senior level Personal Assistant with a strong, solid background in financial services. The Co-Founder will take up around 70% of your time, with an equal split between business and personal support. There will be no inbox management required in this role but your main responsibilities will include; extensive diary management, with frequent last minute changes and rescheduling, international travel itineraries, gatekeeping as well as personal support.

They are a friendly group but also extremely busy so you need to be unflappable. The successful candidate will be down to earth, confident, assertive with the desire to go above and beyond for the team you support, to ensure their days run seamlessly.
